Machining

We combine traditional hand machining with CNC machining to produce artisan quality parts.

We offer the ability to take raw materials, make individual parts, finish the parts, assemble and package the parts into a finished product and drop ship the product to its final destination.

Example Materials

  • Non-ferrous – bronze, brass, copper, aluminum, nickel, nickel silver

  • Ferrous – Stainless steel, steel

  • Textured metals – Diamond plate, hammered, woven, expanded, grating, perforated metals

  • Wood – oak

Example Alloys

  • Bronze - Alloy 932, Alloy 220, Alloy 385 – Ask what alloy ingots for casting BR, BZ, AL, Dairy?
